I have decided to try something new! I am an official blogger for a company called CelebrateLit! Every so often I will be posting reviews for the books sent to me from the company. This is so exciting!!! I will be posting my first book review in a little bit. Please enjoy!

New Week

Hello again!

I am now entering my third week of Literary Theory; I have one week to go! These past two weeks have been interesting to say the least. My oldest cousin came to spend the night for a whole week! We watched movies, took her mini-golfing, and played video games. A week ago Saturday, my mom came home with 4 Americano pulleys (female baby chickens). Unfortunately, one of the baby chicks was born with a neck problem and didn’t make it; I did everything I could to save it, but I wasn’t able to. It still makes me very sad when I think about it. The other three are doing very well though! I have named them Odette, Sen, and Piglet! They are currently staying in my room until they are big enough to join the four adult chickens we have outside. Odette is a bully, Sen is a cuddler and likes to sleep on my hand, and Piglet freaks out if anyone tries to touch her. 

As far as school goes, these past two weeks have not been fun. I had a hard time understanding the world we had to read by people like Plato and Aristotle. I just finished a paper about the roles of recognition and reversal in two stories we had to read; that was rather fun!

Well, I’m off to bed now. I hope everyone had a great week and will have a great week ahead!

It’s Been Too Long

Wow, I haven’t updated this in a long time! Life has been so hectic and busy as of late! My goal is to try to post here more often. Since my last post I have completed 8 college classes. That leaves me with 17 left until I get my bachelor’s degree! I am so excited!!! I have also gone on vacation to Sequoia National Park, as well as Las Vegas. I also took my driver’s license test and passed it on the first try! I have spent the last month reading all seven Harry Potter books in honor of Harry’s birthday (I’m such a nerd xD). I am currently taking a Literary Theory class which is proving to be both difficult and interesting. My favorite part of it so far is applying what we’ve learned to stories that I enjoy reading. I have also discovered a new otome game that I can’t stop playing. If you are into otome games then you should check out NTT Solmare’s Wizardess Heart. It has become my new favorite game!!! Alright, I probably won’t post everyday, but I’ll try to post as least once or twice a week; I shall now let you get back to your life! xD

Nothing New

Well, it’s been a few days since my last update. Yesterday I went and saw the 80z Allstars at Disneyland, and to my excitement, they did Oingo Boingo’s Dead Man’s Party!! I love that song! And what would a show be without Devo 2.0 doing Ice Ice Baby? I can’t decide what my favorite is!!! On that note (heehee, pun), I finally found my artwork folder, so I will try to do that soon. My writings are horrible, so I will contemplate on posting those…

Day 3

Well, here is day 3. I hope to be able to upload some of my writings and artwork tomorrow, but we’ll see. My great grandma passed away last night; she lived to be 97 years old. So today has been pretty rough. Thankfully, I have my trusty music to help keep my mood up. Thanks IM5! (They are the only boy band I will ever like!)

Day 2

So the day is over and was not very exciting. I crocheted a new beanie, made more jewelry (Christmas presents), turned in my assignment, read some of the assigned reading for this week, and finished my new PC game. If you have never tried Blue Tea Games’ Dark Parable series, you should. I have been a fan since the first game came out; now there are about seven of them. I just finished the Ballad of Rapunzel. It was excellent as always. I thought of a new story idea and will begin work on that, so stay posted!

Day 1

Well, this is my first blog post. Yay! Today I participated in a jewelry class and made some pretty cool items. I made a pearl bracelet and blue necklace. I am not looking forward to a new set of math problems for school tomorrow (math is not my strong point). I am, however, looking forward to my literature class next month and going away for Thanksgiving (I really need a vacation)! Starbucks is already selling their Christmas flavors, so I got a Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino. Yum! So now I am sitting in front of the fireplace with my dog. He’s helping me write my blog. =P
